Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you,"
"your," or "user") and JT Beauty Systems ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). By accessing or using our
website, services, digital products, programs, courses, audit reports, or any other offerings
(collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be
bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately. We
reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after any changes
constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from using our Services under any applicable law.
If you are accessing or using our Services on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Description of Services
JT Beauty Systems provides business education, consulting, digital products, and marketing resources designed for beauty professionals, including but not limited to permanent makeup (PMU) artists, lash technicians, brow specialists, and other beauty service providers. Our Services may include:
• Free and paid audit reports and assessments
• Digital courses, frameworks, and training programs
• Beta testing programs and early-access offerings
• Email communications, newsletters, and marketing content
• Downloadable resources, templates, scripts, and guides
• Consulting and coaching services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.
Accounts & Registration
Certain Services may require you to provide personal information or create an account. When you register or submit information through our forms, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
Payments, Pricing & Refunds
PRICING
All prices for paid Services are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Any promotional pricing, including beta testing offers and limited-time discounts, are valid only for the duration specified and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. We accept payment through the methods specified on our website. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed or substantially consumed the digital content. Refund requests should be submitted to our contact email. Free offerings, including beta programs and complimentary audit reports, are not eligible for refunds.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or abusive.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, audio, video, software, course materials, frameworks, scripts, templates, audit reports, and design elements — are the exclusive property of JT Beauty Systems or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services and purchased content for your personal and internal business use only. This license does not include the right to:
• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any of our materials
• Share, redistribute, or make available purchased content to third parties
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use our content to create competing products or service
Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your access, legal action, and liability for damages.
User Conduct
When using our Services, you agree not to:
•Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable burden on our website, servers, or networks

• Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access or collect data from our Services
• Engage in harassment, abuse, threats, or intimidation toward us or other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to us, other users, or third parties.
Beta Programs & Early Access
From time to time, we may offer beta programs, early-access opportunities, or pilot offerings. By participating in a beta program, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Beta content is provided "as is" and may contain errors, bugs, or incomplete features
• You will provide honest and constructive feedback as requested
• Beta content is confidential and may not be shared, distributed, or disclosed to third parties
without our prior written consent
• We may use your feedback, results, and testimonials (anonymized if you prefer) for marketing
and product development purposes
• We reserve the right to modify, pause, or terminate any beta program at any time
• Participation does not guarantee future access to the final version of the product or service at the same price or at all
Testimonials, Results & Earnings Disclaimer
Any testimonials, case studies, examples, or results shared on our website, in our marketing materials, or through our Services are individual experiences and are not guaranteed. Your results may vary based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, your individual effort, business circumstances, market conditions, experience level, and other variables beyond our control.
We make no guarantees regarding income, revenue, conversion rates, or specific business outcomes. Any forward-looking statements or projections are based on our experience and professional opinion and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees of future performance. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JT Beauty Systems, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our Services.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our Services exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such states, our liability
shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JT Beauty Systems, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of
any third-party rights.
Third-Party Links & Services
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services, including social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, payment processors, and email service providers. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies, and we encourage you to review them before use.
Email & Electronic Communications
By providing your email address and opting into our communications, you consent to receive emails from JT Beauty Systems, including marketing emails, promotional content, newsletters, and transactional communications related to our Services. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and all applicable state and federal email marketing regulations

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in every email or by contacting us directly. Please note that opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional communications related to your purchases or account.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration shall take place in the State of California.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, class arbitration, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Exceptions
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights. Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by agreement.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.
All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by JT Beauty Systems.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and JT Beauty Systems regarding your use of our Services. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, between you and us.
